Our whole experience with Keystone has been nothing short of Perfect! It all started with an appointment with Ben, to gain an idea of how getting a mortgage would work, and what needed to be done! After having a chat about our needs, he did all the work in finding the mortgage that was right for us! Later that day, he had us approved, and arranged a viewing on the house we had already fallen in love with before stepping foot inside! Within half an hour of being accepted, Rachel was at the house waiting for us! That was it, bid was accepted, and the house was ours! Not only did Ben source our mortgage, he recommended us to a solicitor, Byron Cross, (who will also be getting a review of this nature) and as first time buyers with no idea how getting our first mortgage would happen, this took away all of the initial stress! Step by step, all of the team at Keystone kept us fully informed on progress, they made us feel at ease all of the way through our buying experience! Even on the day we were due to get our keys, there was one hic up which the whole team worked hard on resolving, it made us feel like us having our new home on time was their priority and nothing else mattered! If anybody is considering mortgage advice, buying a property, or even renting your home, I give you my word that you are in safe hands with Keystone!
