Keystone realise the importance of good quality tenants so we do our homework and
we do it properly. We ensure that each potential tenant that we refer to you is
employed, credit checked, affordability checked and previous landlord referenced.
Tenant Finder Only Package
Some landlords prefer to look after their own properties, that's fine by us, we
offer a tenant finder only package and we will charge you a one-off fee of
50% of the first month's rent. There will be no hidden renewal fees either.
Property Management Service
On the other hand if you are the type who would rather let us take on the hassle
and look after the property for you then we offer a fully managed service which includes
24 hour call out, full photo inventory check in and check out, a range of contractors
who can attend to any problem, rent collection, fully itemised statements
every month and regular checks on the property to ensure the tenant is treating
it with due respect. We charge 10% of each month's rent for this service after the
initial finder fee charge (see above).
