"Trying to choose a good estate agent in the current climate is very hard as everyone wants your money, but do they offer the service that you pay for ? We settled on Keystone estate agents, and we would like to say we hit gold. From the initial valuation of our property, we felt at ease with Paul who shared his wealth of knowledge and valued our property at a realistic price to sell. Paul was down to earth and says how it is (no spiel),just straight advice which is hard to get in today's competitive market.

"Over the next couple of months the team at Keystone phoned us regularly to arrange viewers to our property. We where given the choice of showing the viewers around ourselves, or one of the team showing the viewers around and nothing was too much for them. Ben kept us in touch with the current market value of house prices as the markets changed which was a service we had never had before with other agents.
